Bismillah...

"For those whose hopes are in the meeting with Allah (in the Hereafter, let them strive); for the Term (appointed) by Allah is surely coming: and He hears and knows (all things). And if any strive (with might and main) they do so for their own souls: for Allah is free of all needs from creation... and those who believe and work righteous deeds -them we shall admit into the company of the Righteous." ~Surat al-Ankabut, Ayahs 5-6, 9

Mubarak on Receiving this Gift

Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem.
Allahumma salli 'alaa Sayyidinaa Muhammadin-nabiyyil ummiyyu wa 'alaa aalihi wa sallim tasleema.

As-salaamu 'alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu : )

Just a quick note to say an extremely deep and heartfelt mubarak to all of you who have pledged yourself to Islam... to the sunnah of Allah subhaanahu wa ta 'aala's Beloved Messenger salAllahu 'alayhi wasallam and to the Shari'ah-- the two threads which, along with their companions dhikr and rabita, make the strongest and firmest rope we can cling to for support and direction in our struggle on the Path to Allah subhaanahu wa ta 'aala.

By the Will, Mercy, and Grace of Allah 'azza wa jal, you may find that your heart will begin to expand with love in ways it may never have done before. Revel in this beautiful experience and continually turn to the Giver of such gifts to thank Him and seek His forgiveness, for verily He is Oft-Forgiving and ever-ready to turn to those of His servants who return their gazes to Him.

Also, know that there is absolutely nothing in this world more pleasurable and sweet than the remembrance of Allah... drown yourself in the remembrance of your Beloved. Cling to the teachings and advice of he who Allah subhaanahu wa ta 'aala has sent you as a gift and a guide. What better way to learn an art or a skill but from he who has mastered it?

May Allah subhaanahu wa ta 'aala make this a means through which you earn the highest of states, the loftiest of ranks and stations with Him, and may He grant you complete spiritual success in this life, and the most honourable and desirous of all rewards in the Next. Ameen.

Your sister,
Zareen
